You might be here because you are stuck in excluding a specific order from Sales Pop or maybe you wish to gather information on our app features. Well, whatever the reason is, you are surely at the right place!
Watch the above video or simply follow the below steps to exclude a particular order from the Sales Pop:
Once you have enabled Sales Pop, under its category list, select the “Filter” segment.
Now, tap on the “Exclude Orders” category.
Now, enter your order ID/s, separated by commas, to exclude/hide them. You can find the order ID from your Shopify store.
Once done click on the “Save” button displaying on the top ride side of the screen and your desired order/s will be excluded from Sales Pop notifications.
Later, if you wish to unhide or include them in the Sales Pop, simply follow the same procedure, and in the “Order ID” box, delete the added ID/s and click on the “Save” button.
